Shipping
– Processing Time – Original artwork usually ships within 5–7 business days after payment. Prints and merchandise may take a bit longer depending on the printer’s schedule.
– Carriers – I ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
– Tracking – Once your order ships, I’ll send you a tracking number by email.
– International Shipping – I do ship internationally. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times may vary due to customs delays.
– Packaging – I pack every order carefully to protect your art during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is created with care and many are one-of-a-kind:
– Original Artwork – All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
– Prints & Merchandise – Refunds or exchanges are only available if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
– Damage Claims – If your order is damaged, email me at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage so I can arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
