Erika Pifher

Erika Pifher is an award-winning artist based in coastal North Carolina. Her painting process reflects a deep connection to the natural world, translating atmosphere, movement, and emotion into layered, intuitive compositions. Through vibrant color, texture, and subtle detail, her paintings invite viewers into a sensory experience that encourages reflection, discovery, and a closer way of seeing. Her creative background includes experience as a design assistant for a New York City textile firm, as well as creating commissioned painted furniture and original artisan jewelry. She is also a former art educator and holds a BFA and MA in art education.

Erika’s work is featured in galleries, private collections, as well as regional and national publications.
